The candle burns slowly emitting a subtle natural honey aroma and leaves a delicate shell; reminiscent of Battenburg Lace. Once burned you may place a votive inside and continue to enjoy the candle's luminous glow. Hand-poured from pure Pacific Northwest Beeswax. 4 x 2.5 inches. Approximate burn time 45 hours. Although candle burning is not an exact science, there are a few tricks to burning your candle with the most pleasing results. Always place your candle on a small tray or dish, burn out of a draught and away from a heat source. Intitially light your candle and burn for approximately 10 minutes; then extinquish, trim the wick to 3/16 inch and relight. Your candle will eventually burn into a lovely hollowed form in which you may place a votive and continue to enjoy the warm golden glow of natural Beeswax.
